Nice review. We had lunch there and it was good. Seemed more homemade. Tried it as we were shopping nearby. Sorry didn't think to post. Your review is very good. Thanks

We tried the restaurant for dinner recently. Fortunately it was a lovely day. We ate outside. Loved the food and service. One aside comment it was not accessible to the inside of the restaurant without walking up a number of steps. Due to disability that is important to me. Eating outside was wonderful that day but if you need accessibility to get inside that will be more difficult. That said here is what we ate
To start we shared 3 appetizers. House made ricotta $8. Worth every cent. It was delicious. The cold strawberry soup. Tasty in the sweet side and last app was bone marrow. Not to our liking. Soup $4 and marrow $12. For entree we had donut burger best burger and donut very good but separated the two to eat. Too big to bite into. And pasta which was great. Angle hair pasta homemade pasta was fater them angel hair pasta is typically but wonderful and the cheese and truffle oil added to the flavor. No dessert too full. Will go back. Too good not too. Will find way inside with help if necessary

Metzger Bar & Butchery

Just had Sunday brunch there. I would definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to trying dinner there Two of us and both loved our meal. Ordered a pastrami and over easy egg. Was a thick cut pastrami. Egg was done just right. Came with potatoe fried in duck fat. Both dishes had the potatoes. Cut thick. The brunch special was bacon and eggs Benedict. Again, eggs were perfect. And ordered a side of latke. That was two very thick potatoes. Each of us had one that was done exactly as they should be. Brought back childhood memories when my grandmother would make them. We will be going back.

Kitchen restaurant

We ate there last night. For app we had Brussels sprout and the duck egg rolls. Both were good. I'd get the egg roll again not the Brussels sprouts. That was more of a salad. For dinner my spouse got the special that night. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans with cut up very small tomatoes and hot peppers and onion rings and mushrooms. It was good. He did leave over the hot peppers. Meatloaf was on the spicy side. I had the risotto paella. It was good also in the spicy side. Lots of chicken. Sausage, shrimp and mussels. More than I could eat so I have take home. We did end with dessert. I had their bread pudding. Loved it. Again I have take home and spouse had the cobbler. Dessert was $9 each. They didn't have a menu for desserts and we didn't know the price. Which is why I listed in case anyone would like to know price before ordering. Service was friendly. Overall we enjoyed a pleasant dinner Total bill was 82.33. Hope this helps others decide if they want to try. They did validate parking.
