Advice on Chelsea spots I have not yet tried - need one for tonight

I too have never been to Klee, but I do prefer Trestle to Cookshop. I prefer the food at Trestle, it's not such a zoo as Cookshop and there is always the back garden on a warm evening.

New Sonic in Wappinger Falls, NY being built

Sonic and In-n-Out Burger are the Krispy Kreme of burgers ,good quality food but not really worth going out of your way for.

Thai Beef Jerky

I put mine in my bradley smoker, hit it with some smoke for an hour and thne continue hte drying process for a total of three hours or so. You need to taste-test it in the last half an hour or so as it can go from edible to kibble in that time.

Egg in a Nest

Toad in the hole is an English dish where sausages are cooked in a savoury batter, it is nothing like egg in a nest.

How do you like your oatmeal?

Soak oats overnight in a 50/50 mix of water and milk and a pinch of salt, cook up in the morning and then serve straight in the bowl with either ;

A layer of sugar - allow this to semi melt and go crusty

or

A large spoonful of treacle ( Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup ) - allow a minute or two for this to thin out and then mix it through the bowl.

Long weekend in Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood

Sublime in FL is good for vegetarians , or Tom Jenkins on the federal highway for BBQ.

Dining in Peru? Cusco and Aguas Calientes

I don't know about the food at AC , but you must go to the hot pools up the hill behind the town ,especially at night, the plunge pool is fed by meltwater direct from the Andes.

anyone been: biggy's (new paltz), 96 main (pok)?

Biggy's is fine , not exactly pit barbeque, but the food is reasonably priced and nicely presented ,better than average presentation for BBQ.
