Advice on Chelsea spots I have not yet tried - need one for tonight
I too have never been to Klee, but I do prefer Trestle to Cookshop. I prefer the food at Trestle, it's not such a zoo as Cookshop and there is always the back garden on a warm evening.

Sonic and In-n-Out Burger are the Krispy Kreme of burgers ,good quality food but not really worth going out of your way for.

Brixton Market has a selection of stalls and cafes with great Jamaican food.
How do you like your oatmeal?
Soak oats overnight in a 50/50 mix of water and milk and a pinch of salt, cook up in the morning and then serve straight in the bowl with either ;
A layer of sugar - allow this to semi melt and go crusty
or
A large spoonful of treacle ( Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup ) - allow a minute or two for this to thin out and then mix it through the bowl.

In Santiago, you will find great restaurants inside the Mercado Central...I second the recommendation to visit Valparaiso , a wonderful place.

I don't know about the food at AC , but you must go to the hot pools up the hill behind the town ,especially at night, the plunge pool is fed by meltwater direct from the Andes.

Biggy's is fine , not exactly pit barbeque, but the food is reasonably priced and nicely presented ,better than average presentation for BBQ.

What do you mean by Nestle heavy cream ,are you talking about their condensed milk.
Heavy cream will get you blank stares in the UK.
