2004 Herzog Special Reserve Syrah deal
I was just about to post this, it is a daily deal and it is a great buy, this wine usually runs 25 plus for a bottle. Its quite a supple syrah gentle tannins a a beautiful color.

i assume since they are getting an orthodox kosher certification, (hechsher) than they will be closed on shabbat (Saturday)
Beef Belly?
go with the whole lamb breast at 2.99 a pound it usually comes cryovaced two to a bag, you will have to take the breast off the bone, don't worry it is not too difficult,
also you will need to soak the breast in cold water for a day to get rid of the oversaltiness, and then let it dry on a rack in the refrigerator for a day at least until it gets sticky (its called the pellicle) i make lamb bacon all the time its fairly easy.

The star K is based in Baltimore and more or less considered the go to hashgacha in baltimoe but is in fact a national hashgacha, probably the second or third biggest in the holy triumvirate of hashgachas ( ou,ok,stark)
