Thanks for a great recipe! no more homemade-hummus-belly for me...and so much quicker and creamier! This is my new go-to snack with crudités. I make a gigantic batch once a week, and everyone in my household devours it. I decreased the olive oil to 3 Tbsp, and halved the salt. I know, healthy fat is good for you....but I like to save some room for chocolate. I also add a bit of cumin and some red chilies. My last batch incorporated roasted garlic. Yum!
