Thanks all! i just made one today and It, Is, AMAZING! :D the recipes said nothing about making them, just beat them. thats all!

but i've got 2 problems now:
1) im worried that i might die, i mean 113g of butter? really?! 10g~butter for each cupcake! + the sugar

2) Event if it didn't had butter i can't eat 12 cupcakes in like 4 hours till night! and butter gets bad in the fridge, so i've no idea what to do! im pretty sure they'll go bad outside!

btw, my father told me they're still so greasy and fat but i couldn't add more milk! but i didn't think they're greasy! they were good! so im gonna stick to whipping cream for them! and try the coocked icing someone mentioned!

should i add pure powdered sugar? no cornflour? because they sell it without anything else, pure powdered sugar!

here's what I remember:

I opened butter and put it outside.
Then I combined 1 cup of sugar (decreased a little bit because I don't like it to be so sweet, So like 4/5 a cup) and 1 tbsp of cornflour and put it in the grinder(my kenwood mixer also has a grinder on top). When it was done it was warm so I let it be there for a while till butter gets to room temperature I also touched the mix and i could feel the sugar. but I couldn't get it finer. I have a hario skerton but i'm worried it might make my coffee taste bad or damage it. Doing this killed our old terrible blade grinder(made it sticky so it couldn't spin or spin at full speed)!

After the butter got warmer i sliced it up to 12 pieces and dropped 70g of them (exactly 10 of them) and sifted 120g of the mix into it. The butter was melted like when you pour sugar over cream but I thought its normal. I first mixed them a little with this(https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&r...) without attaching it to mixer(by hand). than i attached it to mixer and let it run for like 15seconds on min. then increased it to 4 for 5 seconds and then max! then it started becoming kind of weird and bubbly. the texture of it wasn't looking good. i felt like mixing it more was making it worst so i didn't mix it more and i just used it. it was kind of warm also! after frosting the cupcakes with it i put them in the fridge. (i also ate one. it wasn't really bad! but not good) then it was hard! and because it was bubbly it didn't come out in a star shape!

also how long do you think i should mix it?

Terrible frosting. (greasy, bubbly bad looking)

After leaving cooking i've made cupcakes again after like 2 years!

the cupcake turned ok but the frosting is a nightmare(not sure if i ever made good frosting before anyway!)

Heres what i did

first i let 100g butter get to room temperature then sliced them and used 70g of them

then I mixed 1 tbsp of cornflour with one cup of sugar in coffee grinder(with blades)(120g). i added 2 tbsp of milk to it
I also added vanilla extract

I can feel the sugar when i eat it! i guess i can buy some powdered sugar. because my grinder is not so powerful and maybe thats the problem!.

But anyway the frosting is so greasy (it almost feels like eating butter) and I feel like adding more icing sugar(in the internet it says 1tbsp of cornflour for each cup of sugar) will make it so sweet.
Its also so yellow! on the internet the pictures are white. but i guess that's ok!

and after putting it in in the fridge its not so hard! you can't eat it :|

but the main problem is with being bubbly and being so hard after putting it in the fridge! and when its too bubbly you can give it shape! and because its too greasy and fat i only can put it a small layer of them on top!

EDIT: i forgot to mention, i sifted the sugar!

milk steaming problem

I give up for the milk ! BTW I made one much closer to ones on videos today after doing what you said exactly , its brighter and snaller foam ! The milk was good but once i started heating it got bubbles !that made Me think its not machine its me! But I don't know what's problem with me ;) but about the grinder thing I will buy it if you say its good ;) + my father said I'm 100% sure the coffee is 14days old but its closed and it won't go bad !

btw i saw the Delonghi Burr grinder, is that good?:O it has an low and awesome price :)

i will also ask the vendor for how old the coffee is, and order a cappuccino using same coffee just with he's machine and ask him to show me the crema !

milk steaming problem

i always buy my coffee from same store, he has a grinder himself so he grinds it for me ! i told him to grind for machine, and im sure its espresso, its boncafe coffee ! i had lavaza too ! also the lavaza ones was compressed like a brick ! but once i opened it it got soft:)

as i told you, i dont think i can get a real fresh coffee ! btw its packet !:)

the guy i buy my coffee from told me he's going to take a class in some other country , then he will teach me for free ! i guess im just doing it wrong ! , what i learned from video is to start on the surface of milk after it gets warm start heating the center !!!

milk steaming problem

i dont know what i changed but this time, it took 21 seconds to pour ! but it was drops not a full stream (sometimes drops got connected) anyway it gave me a almost 1mm thick good color crema , but im starting to think its the coffee, in my country there's no coffee maker's so they ship it from far other countries ! (and i guess they got them by shipping themselves :D) so it might be that the coffee is old !

but still there's steaming problem ! my milk gets like spider web and not bright + part watery and part milk !

if nobody has any idea or is sure its my machine i can post a video somehow ! (maybe dropbox or youtube!)

milk steaming problem

Pretty much the same ! Also this time on a transparent glass, second after pouring the bottom part is almost only water !

Also I feel my machine doesn't have good amount of steam ! + I think my machine takes longer than 20 sec to fill a espresso shot ! Even when empty

milk steaming problem

i cleaned my machine, it just gives steam good ! not as powerful as the ones on videos but it keeps almost the same ! i can post pictures !

when i moved to texturing part, it made my foam a little bubbly (guess i made an mistake there ! suddenly made the tip almost out of milk )

but the foam tasted good and still, the foam was bubbly and too thick ( it didn't really get mixed with coffee, couldn't do latte art ! just wherever i pour milk gets a little white !

anyway im not gonna mix it by hands (moving my pitcher clockwise on table :) ) it made my steamed milk a little bad and big in middle !

it looks to me that some part gets too thick and some part is just not steamed enough !

milk steaming problem

I cleaned it ! It still didn't make good foam ! It was warm milk with bubble foam top! I did everything ! Letting water come out , putting it in middle of milk , after it gets a little warm move the steam tip to bottom!

milk steaming problem

I have been trying for a year ! I can't steam mill ! Watched and read tons of guides! Anyway

This time , in middle of steaming a huge bouble poped !!!
When I was about to pour it was part plain milk and part heavy foam !!!! Nothing like ones in video ! I do everything ! Start with tip in middle and after it gets foamy I go down to make it warm (it doesn't get warm;( )

BTW also my espresso doesn't make rich cream ! Just a very thin small cream when I press hard !

hi!!! i tried 3 times and these are first times of my life i got my espresso maker i love it i bought it less than 24 hours!!! i use fat milk(i gonna buy steel container:P soon) i started from top and went to button it took it about 15 seconds or 30 i guess milk become foamy and awesome i swirled it and taped to table 3 times:P ten when i was pouring it to my espresso(to make cappuccino) it only stayed in top of it!!! i mean my coffee was like a fully white foam on top and espresso on button (it got a little bit whiter:PP i mean the foam mixed whit espressos a little bit) also in middle of brewing coffee or making steamed milk my green lights go off should i stop and wait it to be ready again? or not!!!
