Basic Aioli

In Spain we don't use dijon mustard. In our region we always eat these sauce with meat, breat, rice, paella, vegetables... with all! And there is a variation of that recipe, with potato (2 garlic cloves, 15cl extra virgin olive oil, 1 boilled potato and salt). Excellent!
