Alternative to Dunkin Donuts Box o'Joe

I am having a Brunch Party this weekend (30-40 people), and don't want to be continually making pots of coffee on my coffee maker. I could go the Dunkin Box of Joe option, but want to know if there are any alternatives for large bulk brewed coffee that I can get...

Does Starbucks do this?

Any local places? Sweetleaf perhaps?

Please limit your responses to Western Queens, and Greenpoint.

Thank you.

MLB All-Star Game Bar

Hey guys,
Does anyone know if there are any Bars holding MLB all-star game viewing Parties next week? If not, I would take recommendations for Bars with awesome TV's that will cut the music and broadcast the games announcers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Honeymoon in Italy

Thanks so much for your response. I've been trying to find more information regarding Ricci di Mare on Capri (especially excited to find out what this 'desert' room is). Do they have a website? If not, do you have an address for them?

Thanks so much again.

Honeymoon in Italy

Dear Friends,
I know that this will encompass things that have been asked already but please forgive me. My new wife and I (both in our mid 20's) will be going on our honeymoon in Mid May in Italy and are curious about restaurants. While we've read this board extensively, we are interested in affordable authentic eats (and maybe one occasion restaurant in each location). While we aren't vegetarian (we eat fish), we don't really eat meat, and want to make sure that we find places that caters to that need. Also maybe one non Italian place in each city Our stops are as follows:

Venice (2 days): Would like to eat at a restaurant on Burano one night if possible... Would like to find a good fish restaurant for the other night.

Florence (3 days)

Tuscany (5 days): Staying In Cortona... I have found places near Siena and Florence, but have not found many in the Eastern Part of Tuscany. Any help would be appreciated.

Amalfi Coast ( 3 Days) Staying near Vico Equesne...I've heard Vico is a great place for restaurants but If anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated. Also looking for a place in Sorrento, and maybe one in Capri.

Rome (5 Days): I've heard good things about Ditirambo and Roscioli, but would like some more rec's and also would like a place that will Wow! the wife (Awesome view, Historical Significance, Super Trendy, etc.).

Thanks so much for all your help. We really really appreciate it.

Graduation Lunch Suggestions

My brother is graduating from Baruch in a few weeks and the graduation is at Madison Square Garden. I have been tasked with picking out a restaurant for a post graduation lunch. While I work in the 40's, i'm not so familiar with the restaurants at and around the garden.

Any suggestions?

New Years Eve & Day Activities and Food

Friends,
I am visiting London with my fiance (we are in our mid 20's) over New Years and will be staying in the Regents Park Area. We would like some suggestions for a New Years Eve meal. We would like to see the fireworks, but if thats not really feasible for a budget (50-75 Pounds a person), I would settle for a Local Restaurant and a suggestion for a local bar to go to afterward. Thank you for your time and your help.

Anyone tried Schnitzel Express?

Walked by the other day. The menu looks like Schnitzies in Brooklyn...which is awesome. I will be trying this place within the next week.

Anniversary Dinner

My Girlfriend and I have been dating for 2 years now and I want to take her someplace incredible and new for our anniversary. We've been to Babbo and Del Posto before so those are out.

A few guidelines:

1. Ideally, I am looking for a place with a Tasting menu around $100 a person with a nice decor.
2. We are not large Steak people. An ideal place would be Italian or a nice fish restaurant.
3. She does not like sushi so that is out as well.

I made reservations at Union Square Cafe but I'd ideally like to cancel those and pick up one of your recommendations.

Thank you so much for you time and help. I really appreciate it.

All Star Game Watching

Thanks for the suggestion.

While I definitly agree that ESPN Zone could be fun, its going to probably be very hard to score a table for the game, anything a little more under the radar/ less touristy?

All Star Game Watching

Hi,
My friends and I want to know if any restaurants or bars are having specials for the All-Star Game tomorrow night? Ideally, I would love to watch the game on a big screen in an outdoor beer garden but I am not sure that any of the beer gardens are doing that?

So the question is this: Where should I go to watch the All-star game, Drink some beers, and generally have a good time?

Thanks for your help.

Culinary excursion to the East Village/LES/Chinatown

Hello,
I am interested in going on a culinary journey through the lower regions of Manhattan this Saturday night. I am interested in going to a couple of "cheap" places that make 1 or 2 things exceptionally well. Examples would be: Dumpling Man( very good Dumplings),S'MAC(Mac n'Cheese) or Pomme Frites (Very Good French Fries). could anyone suggest some more restaurants that are designed for 1 thing and 1 thing only?

Ideas are:

1. Crepes
2. cheese plates
3. Pizza
4. ???? I'm having a really tough time thinking of food

Thanks for the help,
Seth

P.S. This started when I was in college up at Columbia. We used to go to this place for really good grilled cheese(now closed), then pomme frites, and then the great American milkshake company (now closed).
