Depends on the area of origin! Pot roast for my home, Northeast America, ramen for Japan, chicken Scarapiello for Italy, spanakopita for Greece, apple pie always...you get the picture.

I could never put them in order. So here's the list, no particular order. Terakawa Ramen in Philly, the local Japanese restaurant Shogun, Momofuku Milk Bar in NY, Solar do Minho in Belleville NJ, and for some simplicity, my local Anthony's Pizzeria.
