You are correct, the church has indeed moved to Glendale. But most of the time when there are Burmese food fairs, they are usually hosted at the Walter H. Crowley I.S.5 due to the large Burmese population living in the area, low-ish cost of renting the place and also relative (I say relative because it's about a 1 mile walk from 74th Roosevelt Ave station) convenience to get there by subways.
As for the various Burmese events, there are three or four major Burmese monasteries in NYC (one in Queens, two in Brooklyn) and they each do their own fund raising events. Then there is the main Burmese church--the Myanmar Baptist Church--which also hosts events.
This event is hosted by 3hird Medium, a non-profit organization which is run by my cousin, Ye Lin, to help support orphans in Burma. All members of 3hird Medium are volunteers, they do not take any money from donations. They all have full-time jobs are doing this just to help out on the side.
Here's the English menu--Ye Lin is my cousin, so if you've got any questions I can answer them.
