I have to put together breakfast and lunch for a small in-office business meeting next week in Santa Monica. I can pick up breakfast, but lunch needs to be delivered. Does anyone know of a bar/restaurant where they do beer tastings ( westside would be great)? My guy was supposed to go to a beer fest in San Diego this weekend and can't make it now. Comfort Food - Westside/ SM
My mom is coming in from New Orleans, and I was looking for some reccomendations where to take her... breakfast, lunch, or dinner. She is not big on Mexican or Asian. I was looking for some home cooking/ comfort food type place. Good food, good flavors, not crazy expensive, but nice. Maybe seafood... Westside, SM area would be good.... thanks
Watermelon Juice
I didn't even realize that they were not in season. I had it while I was in Belize... big jugs of fresh watermelon juice, almost frozen... It was so good! Just looking to recreate that.... I had a martini once with the real stuff too, but I can't remember where.... Thanks for all the input!

Does anyone know where I could find chocolate covered Nutter Butter cookies? I heard they exist, but have not seen them. I am on the westside, but I seem to recall hearing of a place in Hunnington Beach that makes them.

Thanks! My friend loved the martinis there, miano dragon and the purple rain I believe, so I was hoping maybe they had the same drinks at Mr. Chow.... even though I'm reading the food is not the greatest....
