Me too! If if weren't for the transfats, I'd buy them regularly.
Good, very well written recipe but too sweet for my taste.
These are nicely gingery, but since I love crystalized ginger, I would add more to the batter and sprinkle a little on each cookie too.
So if I make this again, I might skip rolling the dough in sugar and leave some sugar out of the frosting too. I'm not sure if this would make it too buttery and soft or not.
Or maybe you could cut some sugar from the dough and then keep the rolling in sugar step. But again, I'm not sure how this would affect the consistency or baking, etc.
