When you are in Nagoya, please try Kishi-men.
I prefer Nabe-yaki style Kishi-men with Aka-miso soup.
Nabe-yaki Udon is a food in winter.
But never mind, It's tasty. Definitely.

I recommend you go Nadaman (なだ万).
Nadaman is very nice.
5 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a good Okonomi-yaki restaurant Botejyu.

It's in Hiroo. But it worth to take a train.
Las Tres Ramas is a bar, but not a standing style.
