So back in September I made an all beef meatloaf (no veal or pork blend) with dried porcini mushrooms and carrots and no milk/bread parade. It was an a recipe that likely came in an email or via Pinterest. Well it was about the best meatloaf I ever made and now I can NOT find the recipe again. If anyone has it, I will be forever in your debt.
