Shrimp Ceviche: Gulf shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, tomato, cilantro and onions. Topped with diced avocado, a spring of cilantro and a couple of lime wedges. YUM!

A margarita on the rocks with that delicious salted rim. Don't forget about the fresh fruit!
I really wish I could:
Spend every evening enjoying homemade Mexican food and frosty margaritas while relaxing on the patio surrounded by lush gardens, water features and plentiful folk art décor. Oh wait, I do! Ahhh life is good.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
The Reyes appetizer platter: A small amount of nachos topped with black beans, cheese, jalapenos and olives, cheese quesadilla cut in four, two rolled tacos topped with cheese and jalapeno cream and guacamole.
