also: staying in shibuya, relying on public transit

Hi all,

Looking for some recommendations for a nice restaurant in Tokyo to eat dinner with my girlfriend for our one-year. Fairly flexible but I'm hoping for something in the price range of $80-150 usd per person, something on the more romantic/intimate side, and at least some japanese influence (ie not a french restaurant). Any recommendations? Thanks a ton!
