I don't know how anyone could possibly mess up this recipe...easy peasy. And LUSCIOUS! I used only 3 cups of the sugar and it turned out fine. Almond butter, almond milk, vegan powdered sugar and food coloring (made vegan chocolate cupcakes for a Halloween bake sale). Excellent recipe--will used it again and again! The secret is whipping the stuff for the entire 7 minutes before you add the vanilla and milk. Made enough frosting to GENEROUSLY frost 24 cupcakes.
