OMG! I never blog. This is the first blog and food website I have ever joined. But I had to join; just to THANK chef chicklet for the rubio salsa recipe@ thank you, thank you, thank you. I love the salsa and I was buying it all the time and now I can make it at home, thanks to you. I love to make mahi mahi fish tacos or ono fish tacos and use this salsa (and a mixture of beans and corn and cabbage). It has so much taste, I skip the white sauce and save the calories. AGAIN, I feel like I owe you! When I share the recipe with others, I feel like I am giving them GOLD! Looking forward to other recipes from this site.
