This was easy and absolutely delicious. For a little something "extra", I added browned crumbled Italian pork sausage to my sauteed greens (I sauteed blanched broccoli rabe). After I placed the fried eggs on the sauteed greens and sausage, I shredded some asiago cheese on top of the eggs and then drizzled the tops with my balsamic glaze. This meal can be eaten for breakfast with a cup of expresso or dinner with a glass of red wine! Of course, you must enjoy it with good bread, too! Thanks for the recipe and the idea ...
