Best meal I ever ate:
Commander's Palace in New Orlean's - awesome food and service that I have never seen better.
My current drink of choice:
Water then tea - cold or hot
I really wish I could:
Go back to Commander's Palace with my wife.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Chicken Picatta - Easy to make yet elegant and always gets compliments.
My favorite comfort food:
A juicy burger - add some saute'd mushrooms and a slice of swiss ... yum!
My most tattered cookbooks:
Don't really have any - I now go to the internet and browse until something strikes me then I save it to my computer.
