I dont usually take the time to rate anything, but I thought this recipe was worth a review (at least a short one). I have been baking for a couple of years and have been experimenting with different bread/bagel/challah recipes. This one is great! I was worried that it would taste yeasty but it didn't. It is a little on the sweet side but that is easily adjusted. I also exchanged some honey for sugar in the recipe. This challah tastes like the ones i used to buy in Brooklyn. Awesome recipe, thanks!!!!
