I think you could get him a wort chiller for around $50ish. Its a long coil of copper tubing that cools the wort to yeast pitching temperature faster.

Dann and Martha are 617 based. They however do not brew in Cambridge/Boston. r00 is partially correct. Dann used to brew Pretty Things in Paper City's Brewery, with with his well deserved popularity he now brews out of Buzzards Bay in Natick I think.

At the stop in shop in somerville, at the end of 28 right as you get onto Mystic to get to the highway

Ive seen multiple varieties of Rouge at both Sav-Mor Liquors in Somerville/Cambridge and Downtown Wine and Spirits in Davis Square.
