Lately? Nopales, pickled jalapenos and cheese inside a fresh tortilla. Eaten standing up in the kitchen with two dear friends in the middle of the night in Mexico City.
My current drink of choice:
An herbal tea blend of hibiscus, spearmint, and rose hips. Yum!
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
My house is too small for dinner parties. But I regularly serve some kickass homemade pizza because my guests can eat it sitting cross-legged on the living room floor. :)
