Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

Love these! I use dark chocolate almond milk in place of the soy (soy and dairy free diet) and follow the rest of the revile as is for incredibly moist cupcakes. I honestly like these better than my regular old non vegan recipe. I frost these with the following:
3c. powdered sugar
1/2c. cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla
4 tbsp chocolate almond milk
1/2c. shortening (butter flavor)
1/2c. vegan butter (I use Earth Balance buttery sticks)
