Restaurant suggestions for Provence (Gorde and surrounding areas) fur 6/13 trip

Hi everyone,

Any suggestions for restaurants near or about Gorde and the surrounding villages for a week stay with my family (including children) in June 2013? We have been there before and will probably cook a bunch but would love some suggestions.

Thank you in advance,
Annie

Paris dining with toddlers

Hello!
We are spending three nights in Paris in June before we head South for a week outside of Gordes. My husband is a chef in Chicago and so we love to dine and have discerning tastes. BUT - this trip we are traveling with our 5 and 3 year-old.

What are some good suggestions for lunches and dinners with our toddlers? We are staying on the right bank in La Madeleine, but want to dine on left bank too of course. Through initial research I have come up with: Ma Bourgogne, La Fontaine de Mars, L'Affriole, Balzar, Bofinger, La Coupe d'Or, Regelade, Chez L'Ami (for lunch), FIsh La Boissonnerie, La Palette, La Coupole, Le Relias de L'Entrecote, AND Breizh Cafe and Creperie Josselin for lunch.
Thoughts? Other suggestions? Are any of these off limits for a couple with two young children (who I hope will be well behaved).
Thank you in advance for any suggestions,
Annie

Restaurant suggestions for Rome trip in September with party of 8 people?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Sorry for the late post/update. We went to Pierluigi, Antica Pesa and Santa Lucia for dinner, dined outside every night and each evening was very special with delicious food. We also loved this little place Il Corallo off the Piazza Navona for lunch.

Thanks again. Can't wait to return to Roma!

Restaurant suggestions for Rome trip in September with party of 8 people?

Thanks everyone. Good points all around. I would love some suggestions for Piazza del Popolo and Spanish Step restaurants to have on hand in case we are weary!

I will post reviews when I return and might try to sneak in one night with just my husband at La Gensola.

Restaurant suggestions for Rome trip in September with party of 8 people?

This is my first chowhound post!

In two weeks, I am going to Rome with 2 other couples, and meeting an Italian couple there.
My husband's a chef in Chicago so we have received a ton of suggestions. The issue is our party will be 8 each night, we would like to eat outside when possible, and one of our party is a vegetarian who likes simply prepared food. High end gourmet is out. And we like to have a good time (translation: we can be loud in a party of 8). We are staying in Piazza del Popolo.

I was thinking (Piperno or Pierluigi), Antica Pesa, and Santa Lucia.

What are some other suggestions given the large party?

Other places I was interested in are: Le Mani in Pasta, La Gensola, Roscioli for lunch....

Thanks everyone!
Annie
