some kinda pan seared fish or just some good steaks... it always seems to come together.

SOS, mac & cheese and pork & beans... just like mama used to make.

Commander's Palace, The French Laundry, Alinea, St. John and my own place, The Nite Owl. (kinda self-serving, i know)
