I was ten years old, lamb chops at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia with my grandmother.

Monkey Gland, or Cava, or a Negroni.
I really wish I could:
Justify buying full set of TAC 02 dinnerware by Rosenthal, designed by Walter Gropius. I suppose a full set of Blue Fluted Mega by Royal Copenhagen is out of the question.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
For an informal gathering, Spanish shrimp tortillitas and a Greek salad with plenty of fresh parsley, oregano, feta, capers, and black olives.
My favorite comfort food:
Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding with gravy.
My most tattered cookbooks:
The Joy of Cooking, a used copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking Volume 1. These aren't the cookbooks I reach for the most, but they are my most tattered.
