I like Royal thai, but I like Asian Mint better (though not exclusively Thai). My favorite is Pan Acean in Coppell

Spaghetti Carbonara in Dallas
I think you can get this at Penne Pomodoro over by SMU. They have a choose your own pasta and sauce option. I am not 100% sure what all goes into a Spaghetti Carbonara, but I know you can order spaghetti noodles in a carbonara sauce

Absolute best burger in Texas?
I am a big fan of the burgers at the Coppell Deli in Coppell (Dallas suburb). The Village Burger Bar in Dallas is pretty good (mainly just for their sweet potato fries though) and Twisted Root is worth trying. Kincaids from Ft Worth is overrated. I know someone from Texas shouldn't say it, but Five Guys (East Coast place) has the best burger I have ever had.
