We moved to Northampton, so now we have two great Chinese restaurants just a short drive away, hurray

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Still Baked Chicken with Basil Parmesan Crust, but also CI's "Extreme Brisket" and Carbonnade Flamande.

My favorite comfort food:

Campbell's Tomato Soup with a pat of butter. Laugh if you will!

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Sorry to leave Alta and Fin in the Berkshires, but looking forward to exploring gastronomy in Northampton

Stilll Arthur Schwartz, What to Cook When there's Nothing In the House; but now I've discovered Jamie Oliver, especially his Food Revolution, and another sleeper-winner, Italian Country Cooking, by Australian Loukie Werle -- wonderful!
