Any random day in France. Oysters at the shack by the dock at Oban. A coney dog at Heid's in Liverpool, NY. Olive soup at the Bemelman's Bar, Carlyle Hotel. Sunday lunch at the Lone Star in Santee, SC.

My current drink of choice:

Manhattan, Martini, Packard Street Special, Negroni, Americano

I really wish I could:

turn off TVs and change the music most everywhere.
