Rotel uses please

When I have to eat now, and real cooking is out of the question, I head for the pantry and grab 1 can of rotel tomatoes, 1 can cannellini beans (both drained or undrained, your choice.). Mix together in saucepan over medium-low heat until warmed through. Serve in bowls with plenty of olive oil and parmasean for garnish...

Please critique my itinerary for 5 night trip to San Francisco (DID LOTS OF RESEARCH)

If you decide to drive south on Highway One in the morning, Duartes in Pescadero is well worth a stop. Excellent breakfast and homemade pies in a real small-town coastal california atmosphere.

For my money, the coast road doesn' t get really good until you get south of Carmel, but the section between SF and Monterey is still worth a look if you' ve never been. As others have mentioned, Nepenthe is a spectacular place to stop and have a drink on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Big Sur coast.

A little further south is the Henry Miller Library, and the Post Ranch Inn with it's Sierra Mar restaurant perched on a cliff over the Pacific. A restaurant with views as amazing as this will almost always have lousy food, but this place is the exception to the rule. Everything we ate here was first class for both lunch and dinner. Enjoy!

Black Radishes?

Second this delicious prep. I grew up eating this and make it myself when I manage to find some black radishes. As was pointed out by Deenso, if you're not a chopped liver fan just pile the shredded radish mixture on some good jewish rye...

The last time I made this I was out of shmaltz, so I used extra virgin olive instead. Much to my surprise it was great...
