Best meal I ever ate:
Threeway Tie; French Laundry, Joel Robuchon @ The Mansion, and the carte blanche at Melisse. I'd toss in Louis XV in Monaco, but it's been a while and for pure theater I would have to put Alinea in the mix.
My current drink of choice:
Mixed drink? Stolichnaya and Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic. But a Bordeaux - a Paulliac with some age on it is my first choice. But before that? A crisp cold glass of Salon.
I really wish I could:
Eat well and lose weight

Braised rabbit on a creamy polenta.

Mac 'n cheese, preferably homemade, spaghetti carbonara
