lots of good baked goods at 85 degrees. theres another bakery next to chae banh (sucks) called bon epi, which has a very good strawberry creme crossaint.. BBQ chicken is not bad (get the spicy bbq combo w/ fried rice, it's good!).
tokyo table is overated, overpriced and sucks ass. decor is nice though.

ajisen ramen is good. lots of variety for your ramen.

im up for anything tonight. taking out my cousin from out of town.
what are some late night eateries. around fountain valley if possible.

You should try the COSTCO chocolate cake. Yes, I said COSTCO. It's only about 15 bucks and is VERY moist and delicious!

Ok I went to eat the at late night menu and was no impressed.
I had the shrimp ceviche, mashed potatoes, kobe burger, and chocolate and marshmello egg rolls.
I think their late night menu sucks. I'll try the lunch and dinner menu some time though. The interior is very nice!

I believe they're under the same ownership.
The Five Crowns in Corona Del Mar (not sure if there are more locations) is very small and the decor is not modern.
My friend and I were the youngest people there and the average age group seemed to be around 40-50+, definetely not a "hip" place to dine.
But I prefer steak over prime rib any day of the week.

Went there a few days ago. (Corona Del Mar) The prime rib was good, but NOT excellent.
Souffle was average.

What's up with all the old folks?

Small portions, but pretty good.
