Good God. Probably the prix fixe at Bacchanalia. Recently, I had a superb dinner at Kevin Rathbun Steak (ribeye with blue cheese compound butter, creamed roasted corn and mac 'n cheese). Also had a great fried summer squash and proscuitto "sandwich" at The Palace Kitchen in Seattle. My go-tos of late have been Sam & Dave's BBQ #1, Shorty's and Wisteria.
