Spicy Miso Soup with Bok Choy Wontons

Great soup. The wontons were difficult for me to make at first, but once I got a rhythm going I was unstoppable.

Seared Steak with Spicy Rice Noodles

Great dish. Tastes very similar to Chow's Pad Kee Mao recipe, but without the heat. http://www.chow.com/recipes/11087-pad... Lots of great flavor.

Pork Tenderloin with Salsa Verde

Absolutely delicious. I grilled the tenderloin instead. After it's butterflied, it takes about five minutes total to get the meat to a nice medium. Will make again soon!

Beet Salad

Lots of great flavors and textures. However, the beets are just a little messy to cook and eat. If I would try this, I would probably just use the yellow beets to avoid all the staining. Otherwise, a great dish.

Green Pea Soup

Wonderful dish. The pea soup is full of flavor! The acidity of the lime and the cool sourness of the creme fraiche were fantastic.

Grilled Eggplant and Red Pepper with Israeli Couscous

This was fantastic! My coworker made this for our lunch, and it was great! Well balanced in flavor.

Pad Kee Mao (Spicy Ground Chicken and Rice Noodles)

I made this the other night, and I was afraid from some of the comments that the meal would be really really salty, but it wasn't at all. The lime juice is what really stood out, not the sodium. I cook a lot of Asian food, being Asian and while this isn't authentic, it's super tasty. I enjoyed this a lot! Gonna make it again soon!
