If you're not vegetarian, you might like Big Grove Tavern. It's not a tavern at all, it's a nice restaurant with an interesting menu in downtown Champaign. And Maize is great, but you'll have a lot more luck eating there in the summer.

My triggers only bother me in summer: mid-March through mid-October and here they are:
avocados, red wine, vinegar, raw onions, going too long without food. Any amount of these foods will set trigger a doozy. Once we hit mid-October, I can eat anything. :-)

I take Topirimate every day to stave off the migraines and it has helped immensely.
