Try the Mersey House Pub and Restaurant in Liverpool Nova Scotia. All reports are that they have the best fish and chips on the south shore. Nice light english batter and you can taste the fish, with handcut fries. Also people have been telling me that they have the best seafood chowder with people travelling from Virginia and Winsconsin to sample. Truly an authentic english style pub.
