What's the Difference Between a Macaroon and a Macaron?

I must say I'm rather disappointed with in this article. Fair enough, with Parisian macarons being all the fashionable food rage at the moment (Macarons are the new gourmet cupcakes) that an article discussing the varied differences so as to elaborate further on the topic and clear up confusion would be published. However this article really doesn't seem to be more than just a lazy attempt at filling space by paraphrasing an article that David Lebovitz recently posted on his blog (might I add with a great deal more panache and style than this). Your readers deserve more respect as do such brilliant food writers as Mr Lebovitz .

Yogurt Trifle with Pomegranate, Pear, and Dates

I make fruit and yogurt parfaits all the time. I always have greek yogurt in the fridge and then just use whatever seasonal fruit I have on hand, sometimes I'll add a little roasted muesli/granola into the layers. It takes about 30seconds longer than making a normal fruit salad and looks lovely, not to mention it's very healthy.

Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Punch)

I've been making this (sans ginger, going to have to give that a try) since a trip to Egypt a few years ago where it's very common (known as Kharkade). Once I ran out of the supply I'd brought home with me I did a search around some local natural healthfood stores and found one that sold dried hibiscus flowers. Not sure exactly what word they use where you're from, Jamaica flowers/Hibiscus etc but if you ask at a health food store I'd guess they'd known.

HELP! Out of ideas RE a Cocktail Party.

Ok ladies and gentleman I need help,
I'm hosting a cocktail party next week for 9-14 people and im out of ideas. I've had a few dinner/cocktail soirèes in the last couple of months and I'm running desperately low on ideas, i need some ideas that are simple, summery (Its the middle of summer here in Australia) and maybe with a bit of a twist. If anyone has any ideas they can give me I would be exceptionally grateful!!!
Thanks all for your time :)
Have a great day,
