Just happened to see your post now and thought I would mention the South Florida Farmer's Market. It is only open from January to April, Sunday's from 8:00 am to 1:00pm in the parking lot of Gardner's Market in Pinecrest. It is small and not pretty, but it actually carries locally grown/organic produce (though it does have a few "trucked in fakers", too)

There is also an organic co-op and various other farms/markets in the Redlands and Homestead areas. Hope this helps!
