looking for good Italian in a casual outside setting-any suggestions

I will be visiting Italy this fall with my husband and have gotten recs on the following places in Venice, Florence and Rome-does anyone have recent feedback on any of the places on my list. We like great food, nice decor but no jackets required, and unstuffy waiters!
