My favorite comfort food:
Pho with lots of lime and cilantro, pasta con vongole con aglio e olio, braised short ribs over creamy polenta, Lion's Head Meatballs, any nut that has been enrobed in dark chocolate and a big bowl of sauteed swiss chard with baby potatoes in puddles of the best olive oil money can buy with pecorino sprinkled on top
