I have two meals that are quite memorable - the first was at Trattoria Casalinga in Florence, spent the evening following the meal drinking sambuca with the italian gentlemen at the table next to us and the other would be at Joël Robuchon at the MGM in Las Vegas. I was there for work and we did the full 16 course gastronomic experience.
My current drink of choice:
Either a Bombay Sapphire Martini, extra dirty with 3 olives or a glass of Domaine Francis Raquillet Les Vasees Pinot Nior
I really wish I could:
bake - it's just too exact for me. My sister got those genes.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
If I'm doing a starter: a lovely cheese board with fresh fruit. If a side dish, either a risotto or an Israeli Couscous option that complements the main.
My favorite comfort food:
mac n' cheese or homemade meatballs

Safe Suron, Volare, Wishbone, 2 more that will rotate
