All you can eat KOREAN BBQ in Mississauga

Does anyone know of any ALL YOU CAN EAT Korean BBQ in Mississauga?
There are some in Toronto for $12.99 but I'm too lazy to commute on there on the weekend. thanks

3 star sushi in Tokyo-worth it?

Just go here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6HYn9c3LZo
It's Sushi Dai in Tsukiji. None of the Michelin star things. But it is the best in Tsukiji and expect to stand in line for 3 hours if you go around 9am on a weekend. Even when I went there at 8am on a Friday morning, i was in line for 1 hour. They open at 5am and I've been told people stand in line for the open. No Michelin stars, but does a shitty restaurant have a 3 hour wait consistently? The omakase here is about 3500 yen. Cant remember the exact price. But it is around there.

Wagyu/Kobe beef

http://www.blackangusmeat.com/retail.php
found this place in mississauga that sells KObe beef and other gamey meats..

Kagawa Japanese (Mississauga) - Any Good?

Yeah Kumai is the best in Mississauga.

Haggis anyone?

Does anyone know where I can eat Haggis with tatties and nips?
I miss it.

Bye Bye Roy Square

Roy Square is now gone, I went to Banana Leaf last week and they asked for my email address. They were taking down everyone's email.

Decent Sushi in Mississauga/Oakville?

I think Kumai is very good. It's Japanese owned. And the sushi pieces are awesome. Get at least the 3rd least expensive set. I think it is called Ume.. $21.50 or the omakase, which i believe is $35. Great stuff.

Casa Barcelona

Went to Casa Barcelona with some friends recently. 3 people = $165. Kind of pricy. All the tapas there costs $10 or so. I decided to try some of the game meat like ostrich, and rabbit. The ostrich tasted like red meat (beef) and the rabbit tasted like pork. No smell. The paella was too salty although my friend also got one and she said it was OK.. I had 5 tapas so it costs me personally $50 + 1 drink = $60. Personally, nothing to write home about.

Winterlicious 2008

I think they are too pricy. I don't normally eat appetizer or dessert when I go to a restaurant. So the price i pay, I am only judging what i get for the main, and because of that, I think it's too pricy.

Bye Bye Roy Square

I've been eating their special almost every day the last two weeks. For $3.99, it's a steal.. i see the Jamaican place already shut down. RIP Roy square!

Japango - recommendations

I find this place very pricy. I got the sashimi dinner which costs about $21. It was very small. I can get bigger appetizer sashimi's at other Japanese owned sushi shops in the GTA. I didnt try anything else - just ate again elsewhere later . I like the homey feel and the simplicity of the restaurant though

Bye Bye Roy Square

I went to Ritz today for lunch with a friend and there was a notice that says it will be closed in December . Apparently, the new condo will be built very very soon. This is a sad sad day for those of us who likes cheap and affordable food in an otherwise expensive area. Gone will be many many restaurants with offering under $5. I don't think Ginger is affected so at least there is still that choice and Falafel House has already moved across the street.

Best Italian Sandwich

Yeah i saw a huge lineup at the place in St Lawrence market over the weekend
wanted to try it but didnt feel like standing in line

NINKI on Adelaide

I went to eat today because one of my friend works there and just started so I went. It was a one time thing surely. The pieces were tiny!! The miso soup was also bad - it tasted like water. If you like it there, then good for you. :)

NINKI on Adelaide

I know a lot of you here likes Ninki Sushi. Is it owned by Japanese, korean or Chinese?
thanks.

Good Eats at Bay/Bloor

That is correct. :) Sorry, yes, we Koreans can be quite confusing with the Bibimbab. I think most people like the hot pot version, but yes there is also the ones that don;t come with it. :) Most of the ones in Korean town would have both - they'll go out of business if they don't. :)

All day dim sum in downtown Toronto?

There is a place in Chinatown. can't remember the name, quite far north from Dundas, It's on the west side of Spadina and it is a corner restaurant. You have to go upstairs. The building is very very colorful and it's like going into a chiense temple or something.

The Best Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich in T.O.?

There is one on Bloor West, near Spadina St. North side

Curry Fries

curry fries? Wow... I would like some kimchi fries though.. :)
have to try this

Korean on Bloor

I like Seoul Restaurant - they have nice Pork Bone Soup there. 691 Bloor is also good. 9 items on the menu only and always packed.

German Restaurant

the last time I went there, there were a lot of CHinese people there. SO, being the curious guy that I am, I asked them and they said that there are advertising in Chinese newspapers. All the chinese people there seem to be eating the pig's leg, whatever it is called. Interesting but i dont see any ads in the Korean papers

Good Eats at Bay/Bloor

Ritz' jerk chicken lunch special is $3.99, but it is quite small

Banana Leaf which is in the vicinity also has lunch special for $3.99 which is pretty good quite filling. Noodles + shrimps and lots of chicken and veg. They stir fry it for you when you order. So it is not food court kind of food. I recommend this

Ginger, next to the Strip club is a good Vietnames joint with lots of tasty and flavourful food for a reasonable price

mississauga korean bbq suggestions?

There are a few Korean BBQ places on Dundas E. North side. Two lights east of Hurontario. Sorry, don't know the address. But it is a plaza and there are tons of Korean Restaurants in there. I'm Korean and I eat there all the time. It's good.

Congee Dynasty in Mississauga

there are lots of Chinese places there that have beef brisket/tendon noodles. Near the Karaoke place

Restaurant Makeover

Cool, I guess I will go to First class delites since I like Jamaican food anyways. I have heard of horror stories on RM restuarants. So that's why I was somewhat skeptical about taking the plunge.

Restaurant Makeover

Has anyone here eaten at any restaurants that were on Restaurant Makeover? Which ones and how did your experience turn out? I am planning to go eat at a couple.
thanks

Sanko onigiri

P.A.T. has some really good ones. I'm Korean so maybe I am more biased. But I like one that is kimchi and tuna. Taste soooooo good. The rest are so so. And it's $1.50. :)
