Best meal I ever ate:
Lobster bisque and a steak at an airport hotel in Tokyo (don't remember the name) - interestingly enough, this was also the most expensive meal I ever ate. I guess that's fair.

I really wish I could:
brew my own beer and hire a nanny to watch my kids while I cooked fabulous dinners every night - or even once a week. . .
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
a simple roasted chicken or a spicy chicken curry, depending on who's coming
My favorite comfort food:
homemade macaroni and cheese; really eggy, really gingery homemade fried rice; deep fried egg with broken rice and fish sauce
