My parents' chicken & pork adobo... when my father doesn't overdo it.

Dirty Martini with LOTS of olives, before it became the "in" thing to drink.

Attend the CIA, Le Cordon Bleu, or apprentice to Jacques Pepin; preferably, all 3.

Beef lumpia, which is thinner and better than my mom's. Don't tell my mom!

Beef rib nilaga with green beans, cabbage, sans carrots.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
So far that is every tiny, little hole in the wall in every country I have ever visited but did not get the translation of the restaurant name.
