What do I miss in my recipe?

Thank you for all your suggestions. I replaced the parmesan with emmental...it taste much better and less salty. I balanced the taste with bulgogi. It is ok, just ok.
Great ideas about the pickles...it must be separated though (they cannot be part of the sandwich). Anymore suggestion welcomed!

Hi Meatn3, my friends who tried it loved the cheesy part. Let me see is I can do the sauce less salty then.

It is my own creation. France - Korean dish.
Dish name: the Korean Sandwichi
Question: it is good but not perfect. Any suggestion to improve it?

I have been asked to share the recipe by writing, so here it is:

Ingredient:
French Baguette
Tomato, Lettuce, eggs, Parmesan

Korean Red Pepper paste
Korean Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Sesame leaves
Green onion, Shallot, Garlic, salt, sugar, pepper

Meat Seasoning sauce: 120 g ground beef
18 g (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
6 g (½ tablespoons) sugar
9 g (2 teaspoons) minced green onion
5.5 g (1 teaspoon) minced garlic
0.3 g (⅛ teaspoons) ground black pepper
4 g (1 teaspoon) sesame oil

fried red pepper paste
95 g (5 tablespoons) red pepper paste
20 g minced beef
9 g (2 teaspoons) minced green onion
5.5 g (1 teaspoon) minced garlic
90 g (6 tablespoons) water
18 g (1½ tablespoons) sugar
19 g (1½ tablespoons) sesame oil

Stir-fry beef seasoned mix in preheated pan on medium heat for 3 minutes
Add red pepper paste, sugar and sesame oil, stir-fry for 5 minutes Add water into it, stir-fry for another 3 minutes to make fried red pepper paste.

Separate the egg white and yoke and make separate omelette.
Toast your baguette and put the lettuce, white omelette, sliced tomato, yellow omelette, sesames leaved. on top of it, put some parmesan and the hot korean mix.
