Best meal I ever ate:
Was at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs as a guest of the National Dairy Council. Some 40 of us newspaper food editors were served a meal I will never forget!
My current drink of choice:
Toss up between a Tropitini and an Appletini....although I do like the occasional Cosmo, too....tee hee
I really wish I could:
Study under a fabulous chef in Southern Italy.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Either chicken cordon bleu or beef stroganoff.
My favorite comfort food:
Chicken and homemade noodle soup.
My most tattered cookbooks:
My high school home ec classroom edition of the Betty Crocker Cookbook and a recipe book printed as a fund-raising project of the women's group of my childhood church.
