Help! What to do with 150 oysters left over from party last night?

I have 150 oysters left over from my party last night. Any suggestions on how I go about finding a home for them today so that they don't go to waste? I bought them from La Mer yesterday and they were boxed on Nov. 18. Willing to let them go at a deep discount.

thx

Holiday Office Party for 32 west island/central

The last few years we've gone to 40West. Time for a change, but still need a place that at least is not too far down the ladder from the quality & ambiance of 40west. For a group of 32 on a Monday night in November, ideally either in West Island or somewhere central (think NDG/St-Laurent) near a metro. Ruled out so far:
Town Hall
Lezvos West
Terra mare

barcelona on a sunday

I would definitely like to know more about where to 'go local' on a sunday night. It will be my last night in Barcelona and dining by the sea would make a great finish to the trip. Bonus points for a place that has a view of the sea! thx

barcelona on a sunday

This thread could use an update. I'm looking for an excellent dinner on a Sunday night in Barcelona, something that will make my last night in Barcelona memorable. Suggestions?

Looking for the best chorizo available for a roasted onion stuffed with chorizo recipe. Mmmm!

Where are they now--Chef Dave from Le Bienville

Awesome! Can't wait to go back home to chef Dave and his magic goodness!

Where are they now--Chef Dave from Le Bienville

Anyone know if Chef Dave from the now defunct Le Bienville has landed elsewhere in MTL?

Amelia Island update

Just spent the weekend on Amelia Island. I dined at:

-Espana--its as great as everyone says it is, go!

-David's-pricey but if you are looking for a more upscale ambience, this is the place. The food did not disappoint. I ended up dining solo at the bar, which is in a lounge where there was live music, and guests wandering in and out at different times of the night for aperitifs/digestifs. Bartenders Tristan & Benny took good care of me!

-Salty Pelican--recommended by the locals when I asked where the best spot is for raw oysters. Casual typical seafood bar/resto, overlooking the 'river' (in quotes because I learned on the Shrimping Ecotour that it is no really a river!). Serving local shrimp, oysters, so a great to go for both, which i did 2 days in a row for lunch. Nothing fancy, but good at what they do. Great spot for lunch.

I almost went to Salt at the Ritz for dinner the nite after David's---it would have been pricey, but I am sure it would have been good, as the locals even agreed.

This is island is a gem, I hope the dining scene continues to grow.

Versailles

Recommendations for a couple of good lunches and dinners in versailles? Looking for mid-price range, great food but not necessarily mind-blowing. Also any good spots for a drink before dinner with a good charcuterie platter or something similar (or maybe that could actually be dinner in some cases).

Best Waterfront Dining

That's what I'm looking for. Places that are on the water, in the Montreal and surrounding area (Laval, South Shore, West Island) AND maintain at least some degree of Chow worthiness.

Best Waterfront Dining

This one could be a challenge--best dining on the water in Montreal and area? If the place isn't 'on the water', it should at least have a great view of some body of water. Al fresco option is a plus.

Top Calgary Picks for Montreal Hound

My first time chowing in Calgary. I'm looking at a weekend stay so Fri & Sat night, and a lunch on Sat. What are the best of the best, price no object? thx

Montreal Hounds Doing Chicago

It was really great. Never made it to Pops, after that massive lunch at Tompo. El Ideas was really awesome! The pizza at Lou's was very good, but really is not on the same food level as the other resto's we dined at, it was more of a Chicago experience than anything else. Boka was also excellent and very unique from the food to the decor. Overall, a great time was had by all. Thanks again so much to all the Chicago hounds!

Trip report so far:
Last night's dinner at Sable was excellent. In addition to sampling a variety of dishes, we were thrilled to be seated in full view of the open kitchen (by request in advance), as well as their very extensive drink menu, where we sampled new whiskies and beers.

Today's lunch at Topobolampo was outstanding. As good as the starters and mains were, the cocktails and desserts were even more spectularly excellent, not to mention the mezcal dessert coffee. Wows all around!

And great news--we snagged a last minute cancellation for El Ideas tomorrow night--can't wait!

Off to Boka for dinner!

Chow, hounds!

I feel I need to explain my attraction to Pops:
1) I love oysters, and they have $1 happy hour oysters
2) I love bubbles. Nuf said.
3) Now that you mention this is really the go-to place for the ladies, well, that's reason #3 :-)

As you can see, we are covering the spectrum of higher-end to mid-range, so anything goes as long as we leave with a great dining experience. We also really enjoy siting at a bar where we can watch the food masters doing their thing in the open kitchen--any suggestions?

Snagged the lunch spot at Topolo!

If we were to do a happy hour type of pre-dinner each night, somewhere with a good vibe to get a few drinks and some above-average bar snacks, any rec's? Also, any good happy hour oyster bars around?
