I worked on boats for past few years ups and down as with any job. Provisioning is the hardest part of the job, learn how to make stuff fit into spaces it shouldnt. Find as many shortcuts as possible, have frozen pastries, expect to bake bread everyday and probably be woken up at 4am for a sandwich. Well some owners and guest are nice and fly you around on their jets others treat you like a paid slave. The hardest part is the crew, living working and socializing with the same people. No personal space. Anyway have fun and make sure they pay you very well

New Gourmet dessert truck????????

financialdistrictresident, yeah i requested the bacon and didn't taste it, i do the same thing for an icecream with maple bacon and banana and you dont really taste the bacon unless you looking for it, little bit of a sodium hint but i didnt get it not to say the dessert wasnt very good, and a great deal. You had it? got bacon flavour? maybe they did miss my request for it, who know but i be back next time i see them.
