I'm not sure how Bourdain found The Unband. They were big in Western Mass, but that's about it. I was sad to see Mike all cleaned up and polished as he was far from that in Northampton in the 90's.

This is the only place I've heard of people having trouble using a groupon. Some friends had trouble using this last time if the food to booze ratio was not correct.

What's the deal with the new Clover space in Harvard Sq.? Anyone tried it yet?
Of all the Clover food I have had, I've had the best here. I find the food at the trucks to be very inconsistent and this is not the case the few times I've been to the Harvard Square location.
The only negative was the pour over coffee, it's right by the door way, which makes for cold coffee, and it's poured too fast which makes for weak coffee.

Why aren't more bartenders up on their game?
1) Old Fashioned with fruit - In your opinion, is this ok to shake?
